It's Minecraft...

schematics should be account bound..
the schematic farm is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a game (leave one item in the chest and then load the game 20000 times until you find something).

I just updated my game. Then my data got lost and now it will not play. How can I fix it?
Playing Minecraft is now a requirement? I guess I'll have to turn in my gamer ID card.
Nah, it's just that Minecraft is so accessible to everyone out there that some people are shocked whenever they learn that there are gamers who never tried it before. ![]()
Firstly I want to point out that Dragon Age is epic, and i loved every bit of Inquisitions story/side stories. Plus all the cameos of people. OMG! ![]()
I agree that it was a silly idea to fix the exploits.Though, personally I play for the RP/Story/exploration parts of the game ( so what harm does it really do in single player, since it's supposed to me MY/YOUR game, if you/I want to get there faster, why can't we?), and while I enjoy a bit of the combat, I would much prefer to be able to easily get on with the main story, or for that matter the side stories of the games as fast I might want to. Also I'm kinda sad that they fixed the whole, infinite power thing too. I'm probably the only one who like.. lives off of cheats in games like this though, so >.>
I like when exploits are fixed. I believe in the integrity of the game being sold. Sue me, lol.
However:
1)Its as if fixing exploits is being favored over, you know, dealing with the most annoying aspects of the player experience (bugs, smaller design bits that just need a tweak, a lot of PC stuff, etc).
2)I believe in modding support for RPGs, and I would have absolutely no issue with player mods that make the game whatever players want it to be, including the effects of this 'exploit'.

It's impossible on consoles, which is why some of us had to rely on the exploits.
Pretty much this. With how long it's been out and everywhere you look it's simply hard to fathom that people still haven't at least watched a few lets players
This quack me up. Here have a cake. Beware of the tiny creeper hiding in one of the slices though. *throws a lot of random spawn eggs everywhere* Yay ~ (four references for the price of one)

Off topic-- sort of, but I have to say that Minecraft has more buttholes per capita than most MP type games. I have played CoD, L4D, DR-- and never have I seen bigger jerks than on Minecraft. I had a friend who worked SO hard building an enormous rose garden, just to have a few people come and flood it completely out. I could name a couple of more, but you get the general idea. When people troll in MC, they come to wreck-- literally.
Yeah, that's why if I play on MP, I never play with strangers and only with people I find trust worthy like friends or people who are requesting help here and there. I only play with a micro on and wait for other players to give me orders because I don't want to ruin their worlds. XD
I play Minecraft, so I already knew what it was, but had I not, I would never learn from watching Let's Plays. God, I hate those things. I tried to watch one long ago and decided I would rather jump into a human sized blender.
And you know, some people just aren't into games like Minecraft. They like other things, genres, etc. Ya dig? (Another Minecraft joke, get it? DIG?)
As they should fix any exploits.
Its their job to fix anything that breaks the game or deters people from playing the way the game was originally intended to be played.
If you wanna mod the game or use a cheat system then go for it.
But IN GAME exploits for the most part will always be and should be fixed or altered.

1. The exploit does not break the game you can still do all the quests and exploring without any problems. I've seen a lot of ppl say they didn't know the exploit was there in the first place which shows the lack of impact the exploit has in the overall scheme of the game. The same exploit has been in the previous 2 DA games and Bioware have never ever felt the need to patch them (I recently tried DA:O and DA:2 again to see if the exploits were still there and they are) so why now as taking the exploit away has actually deterred ppl from playing the game.
2. Most of us are console players who cannot mod or use a cheat engine to save us time on our 3rd or 4th playthrough with the boring material grind and awful loot system.
If the exploits didn't cause problems/bugs within the game or annoye players, then I don't see a reason to remove them.
Without exploits, many more people will just use CE or grab a trainer at CH (the trainers exist for all the consoles aswell) in order to give themselves more gold, resources, skill/ability points. With the exploits, people would atleast have to play the game for quite a while before they even got to the point where they could jump through hoops in order to get infinite skill points.
The only reason I didn't just download the trainer at CH is because the exploits existed, so if I wanted to actually cheat.. I could just as easily do it while in the game. Which ensured that I played the game "the way it was meant to be played", because.. well, I could just make use of the exploits later if I really wanted to ignore certain game restrictions.
You may think that removing the exploits ensures that the vast majority plays the game the way it was intended, but i'm quite confident that it will lead to the exact opposite, as anyone who has even a mild interest in altering the game, will then have to actually cheat in order to do that.

Oh dearie me, dearie me, dearie me... such a bashful young lad this one... "hardcore gamers such as myself"... down boy, you'll get the fangirls squealing.
Lemme clue you in about what a hardcore gamer is: NOT someone who uses exploits to beat a game.
Game Over
Exploits are bugs. Fix bugs.
I'm more annoyed at so much exploit fixing going on while people have much much much bigger problems than that.
honestly people who want the exploits fixed remind me of those children that never use a toy but never let any other kid touch their toy either because reasons.
lol wat. No. Exploits are bugs. They're more like a defect in the toy that shortcuts what the toy does. Sure, you can like that defect and even prefer it, but if given the choice to easily and quickly fix that defect for all customers, the company will fix that defect.
I was a sharer, by the way.
