The new overpriced DLC (15 bucks) has new loots and a dragon fight for people who wanted more dragon mats.

Of course it was about the DLC
It's official, I'll never purchase another BW title again.
I've already stopped playing SP and only play MP for weekend events. My life is much more enjoyable without having to rage over this game anymore.
BW has lost yet another devoted customer with the exploit removal.

Any new ways to gain resources, coin, etc?

Some of the exploits needed to be fixed. The duplication needed to be fixed in order to fix infinite money. Item duplication was in my opinion something good about the game simply because we don't have the time to farm everything. It made it short and easy to do. However the fact that the dragons only drop random amounts of material is bad (After 10 dragons had between 4 to 15 of each material). Duplication was good to rectify this problem, if they came out with some official way to duplicate such as a magical device to turn iron into dragonbone it would be a good idea. However by doing this it also creates a roundabout way to make infinite money. So in truth my entire post here was completely meaningless because to fix one issue another arises. I still love this game however I don't agree with bioware on many of their decisions. I sadly bought the dlc at 2 in the morning while falling asleep and failed to see the price tag if I had been coherent I would have waited for it to discount. Again, I love the lore of dragon age (and Mass effect) I just believe they are approaching things in a very poor manner. Also...FIX THE MASTERWORK TEVINTER LONGSWORD ALREADY! Iron Bull wants to be loved...and my weapon and shield warrior wants to be played....(off topic).

I've recently just finished a playthrough of DA:O and just started a playthrough of DA2 and guess what the infinite money cheat/exploit is still alive and kicking so if Bioware thought it wasn't important to fix them in those games I again ask Why Now?

The exploit does not harm anyone or the game itself.  If it stopped you from completing quests or breaks the game then fine but it doesn't.  A lot of ppl never knew the money/item duping exploit actually existed which shows how little impact it actually makes.

If fixing the exploit has made ppl stop playing the game (even if it's just one person) then Bioware should at least have a thought of reconsidering their decision but I suspect they never will as long as they have enough ppl still buying their dlc's.

True in DA:O and DA2 the duplication and infinite money is still there and usable. The economy in those had limited supplies of items to sell so I fully endorse infinite money. In DA:I the economy is always running, there's always something to sell. Also it is true the infinite money doesn't affect other people in any way shape or form. I should have stated it was an opinion, the reason I don't like the infinite money is it made things too simple. Once I found it I was all to easily tempted to use it to get infinite influence. Infinite money doesn't hurt anyone so there really wasn't a point in taking it out other than Bioware wanting to make it more realistic in limited money or saying they have a game that is long. I dislike farming and it feels like every game nowadays is a RNG farming simulater...ugh...I made myself sick saying that. Dragon Ball Xenoverse, Shadow of Mordor, Warframe, Destiny, and Dragon Age...I'm using up so much of my life trying to get everything because of my OCD to collect things.

Bioware really needs to say something. This complete silence is beginning to annoy me greatly.

Check the the DAI Reddit forums where Bioware seems to respond there the most.

Could someone explain to me why they are active on Twitter and reddit but not in their own forum? This is community management 101 ... do we even have a community manager?

Yeah, they're most likely hanging out on Reddit or hash tagging tweets about the new DLC.

The last CM we had was Jessica Merizan, who left BioWare a while ago. As far as I know, there has been no replacement.

When stuff like this happens typically it's a pen pusher who makes the call. Someone who doesn't see the bottom line ever.

RNG blows big time I've been playing DB Xenoverse, put 500+ hours into it and only have about half the items, just as bad as DAI but at least DB(and it's fun) doesn't crash on me like DAI was
Why is RNG being used like crazy now days? Does anyone actually enjoy RNG?
I have yet to meet anyone who even likes the RNG system

I hate it. They haven't added a damn thing.
Most game introduce new items periodically. Nothing here. What's the point once maxed out?

I've been playing borderlands 2

I love how you are all complaining about this on the forum, where Bioware isn't really responding  much to any of the threads here. Instead of going onto their Twitter and Reddit and constantly asking them on there. You have been told that is where they are most likely to give out answers yet I don't see any of you doing it. Just one of us isn't going to do it.

True, but there is nothing they could say to explain DA:I to me. I no longer trust anything they say, especially not on social media. It's all just PR nonsense these days.

Good. The more noise you and others make the more likely they'll be forced to address it.

What harm does infinite materials / gold really do? You are NOT competing with anyone online. Single Player and MP are completely separate. I don't see the compelling argument as to how this should be a priority to fix. I agree more with having control over your game when the current RNGesus schematics play a factor on what you can and cannot craft in t3.

What harm does it do to play the game the way it was designed? It doesn't matter if you're not competing. A majority of you won't use your entire party anyways therefore there's no reason to outfit all of them just so they can look pretty. I'm glad they chose to fix it

Yeah let's fix exploits and not bugs because that was the way the game was intended to play? Wow I have said this a lot, I wish I could trade my experience with this game with you so you could see all the stupid a** bugs I had to deal with that came after patch3, every patch after fixed some bugs but introduced more bugs, so to me BW messed up my game when they tried patching exploits instead of most of the bugs

I feel ripped off. I had finished my first playthrough before the dupe/gold patch. Then when the DLC came out I purchased it and started another playthrough, except now I can't dupe items or gold.

The first playthrough with the farming and grinding was painful enough for a single player game. This patch absolutely killed the replay value to this game. Saving 8k gold or finding 50 pieces of Everite etc is ridiculous.

Lot of your player base are adults that work. I have no intention of spending an entire gaming session fetching materials and crap items to sell, it's bad enough most missions Are fetch quest anyway.

Please patch this 'patch'. Because most importantly, the dupe/gold option was not a bug. And you can't exploit your own single player gameplay.

How exactly is an RPG supposed to be played? Is it not up to the player to decide that? I haven't noticed any directions on how to play the game from the developers, have you? Please, don't speak unless you're spoken to from now on.

P.S. Sentences are supposed to end with a period. Just for future references. Maybe you should write that down so you don't forget?
