They focus on exploits when there are plenty of broken skill, quest that needed to be fixed.
But for developers point of view, I understand that they have to fix what they can first. It's not easy to do MA especially big software like this.

we've endured awkward controls ever since the game was released, I don't see them fixing it at all
That's because people might eventually get used to the 'awkward controls'.
But it's very unlikely that people will get used to The Key MP bug or to the broken triggers that appear after spending like something like 50+ hours on PT.

Was hoping for more, but I suppose the other way to look at is that more are on the way.
Address the critical issues now instead of allowing some of those things to linger, and release a steady stream of patches to improve other things.
I gotta believe they got more out of that PC issues thread than walk toggle and scalable cursor.

Another thing is that there are bugs that are easier and less time consuming to fix and there are bugs that are more difficult and more time consuming to fix, it make sense to fix and finish faster the more doable things first while working on more difficult issues in the meanwhile.

If they fix my banter issue, I'll be so happy, that I don't really care about anything else at all. Nothing of the other issues are things I can't cope with, just the banter.
So it comes down on what is important in a game for you, I guess. (I can see how quests not triggering would hit me the wrong way of course.)

Tell me about it d00d, waiting for any kind of content or optimisation update is like waiting for the sun to die. Just gotta be patient and play a different game!

Shame that third Solas quest doesn't seem to be among the fixes, however.

I will just continue to play the game as is for the future as i do not think we will get what we were asking.
It is a shame really as the game had good possibilities for combat.

Play the PC version with a game pad
I had to claim defeat and surrender mouse and keyboard for this game, which isn't terrible since I'm not exclusively a PC gamer. Playing DAO and DA2 is keeping my mouse and keyboard fingers happy, but to sit back and play with a controller with a cat on my lap isn't terrible. I still will always prefer PC since beastly rigs will always have more beautiful graphics. Cant have it all, It's the world of consoles...

I played with mouse and keyboard first, and I didn't think it was all that bad to be honest. I switched to a controller though, but that's because I hooked up my big ass tv to my PC so I can play the game in full lazy mode. I don't think the game plays at all better with a controller though. Actions that are very simple to perform with mouse and keyboard take multiple inputs on a controller. It's not horrible or anything, but I just fail to see how people can think the game plays better with a controller, it's just not true in my opinion.

Disappointment would have required me to have expectations to begin with.
This. Plus the fact Bioware's track record with patches hasn't been grand.

In the meantime, we will have to rely on mods.
Here are two that I personally recommend:
Walk/Jog/Run Hold/Toggle Mod (Using CheatEngine)
http://forum.bioware...patch-2-hotfix/
(100% bug free and stable, been using it since last year) Be sure to thank 2Flower for the contribution.
Mouse Look Toggle / Mouse button rebinding Mod (Using AutoHotKey)
http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/143/?
(WIP) Be sure to endorse the mod and thank GreenTea for the hard work.
So yeah two external programs to play DAI, doesn't fix many of the issues on PC, but the issues they do fix make a BIG difference.

I was surprised that they released the game with the banter bug. By the time they fixed it now. Many players have already played the game several times.
