Okay so I had everything installed correctly into the dress file and retextured, it was working fine, and then I tried changing another file, which was a mistake, I changed it back, but now the dress which is Outfit 5 is showing up completely black. Just solid black up till the neck. WTH? someone please help.

It is the custom textures, the textures are not in the file anymore, You really don't have a chose now but to reload those textures . you have to replace the complete file and tocbin update, that will restore the original textures and you have to load them again, sorry. I leaned to keep a modified backup of my files, one that I am happy with. ZIp file then experiment with the other files, something goes wrong, copy and paste the ones that I need ,
