I'd also say Alpha Protocol, Persona 3(which I thought was relatively well known until I mentioned it here and no one knew what u was talking about), rogue galaxy, and legend of dragoon.

Real-time strategy game with humorous touches. Set in the US in the future you take control of one of six playable groups each with their own characteristics that are competing for control of California. There are a set of stand-alone scenarios and a full campaign, as well as an open-ended game option. The multi-player mode allows up to eight people to compete via modem/serial connection, LAN or on-line. The game incorporates adult themes. The game's controls system is quite difficult to master. The graphics and design are adequate.
