I don't know how known this bug is, but since I didn't notice it in the patch notes of patch 3, I decided to adress it in case Bioware wasn't aware of this one.

 

The bug I'm talking about happens when you gain influence after reaching inquisition rank 20 (which is the cap). Everytime you close the pause menu or enter a new area, you hear the level up sound, which is really annoying.

 

I hope this can be fixed in the future.

It is annoying they didn't fix this. This should have been an obvious one to fix. This was reported a long time ago.
