Uhm....sooo battle master armor and battle master mail.

Have you guys seen them on the inquisitor, Cass or the Iron Bull ( especially the Iron Bull, it's the ONLY full armor that covers his whole body like a tank....AND its solid gold if made of Dragonbone)? Compare the 2. The "mail" requires more metal than the "armor", it's FAR bulkier and has virtually no chain links mail. The "armor" is smaller, has chain link parts ( especially the arms) and requires less metal and more leather


So....were the names switched?

Doubtful. They just gave the name mail to a line of armors, that ends in Battlemaster. Battlemaster armor on the Inquisitor is building on a different line of armors. Most of them don't have mail either.
