Me and my companions are all level ten but only Cole, Cassadra and Soloas have their spec classes open. Why is that and how do I correct it?
companion specialization not opening

Take them with you on a mission post level 10. This will unlock their specializations.

Take the others out. Just go to a camp and summon them with the "change party" thing. Mine never open up until I bring them out in the world.

Buy the amulet from the blacksmith and you can reset skill points.
