The description isn't any different and the patch notes didn't contain anything remotely resembling details--which is absolutely horrible, by the way. How the hell are we supposed to know what these changes actually are if the official patch notes contain no real info and the in-game tooltips don't reflect the change?
Has anyone figured out the Strength of Spirits change?
