In my opinion the Fallow Mire diseased tissue quest is the most disgusting quest in the game. (What on earth was Bioware thinking?) After six play trough’s I have only been able to find one. Perhaps, because I fail to see the reasoning behind running….for god only knows for how long….. through a slimy wet swamp looking for diseased tissue. That is almost as bad as being a female toon romancing Warden Blackwall. He has as about as much charm as the diseased tissue in the Fallow Mire.

Just loot the floating bodies, there is enough tissue there.

Which, of course, spawns 3-5 level 12 undead poison archers. I hated that requisition order, I don't fill it on any of my toons anymore.

Did you run past all the zombies at the fort? Well killing them usually provides many of the camp quest items, but generally the tissue is floaters all over the Mire (a search toggle would be nice) and there was a patch to make them respawn -might still have spotty performance issues.

And then you kill them? Get a fully ranged party and go to town in the Fallow Mire, I think I gained 4 levels there. ^^

Yeah, it was just a little jarring the first time I went there at level 6.

The Fallow Mire is not one of my favorite places to start with. I am certainly not going to run around the swamp searching for floating bodies. (As it is I detest the randomness those damn requisitions anyway; especially when I have cleaned out an area, such as the Hinterlands and there is nobody left to kill to get the damn drops.) I am not particularly fond of the Exalted Plains either, what with those ugly ramparts. Then again, I am not all that excited about mazes to begin with; and, there are more mazes in this game than Carters got Liver Pills--as the saying goes.

Have you tried not romancing Blackwall?

Blackwall is the only character that takes iniciative... and flirting with ironbull makes him feel like a woman

Might I congradulate Bioware in not putting that walking biohazard comtaimment apperatice in dragon age inquisition. I'd hate to know how more many diseases she has caught since dragon age 2

I only got to Skyhold romancing Blackwall---Thom Rainer, then I went for Cullen. In fact every time I play a female toon, which is all of the time, I go for Cullen. As for gathering diseased tissue in the Fallow Mire I will skip that one, thank you. I have even stopped searching for mosiacs, which I could never find them all in the first place. If I happen to see one I will pick it up. Otherwise forget it. I am not akin to running around in the game with one finger on the "W" and another on the "V" searching for stuff. To me it is very distracting.

Some of those floating bodies are close to shore so looting them doesn't spawn the lvl 12's.
Thanks, but I will still for go the diseased tissue.
