Unless we're talking about winning at fashion...then yes, it is pay to win...  :rolleyes:

I was played a hero mmo. Half way through I recieve a message "your character will become weaker without these stars. Purchase stars now to maintain your strength!"

I wasn't referring to GW2 and the like though. I was mostly making a snide remark at most of the bullshit permeating the mobile sphere, lol.

They make money that way. So it is unlikely to change unless they stop making money.

 

I believe that's one of the reasons why that H1Z1 game is getting a ton of flak. The pay-to-win people aren't confirmed their paying-to-win items. It's also one of the reasons why that game is probably going to fail.
