Unfortunately that's how most American's feel. Some of it is the systems fault but most of it is what I like to call the "Happy Idiot" syndrome. I'd say, eh, 75 percent of Americans have it. Hence why we're the freest slaves in the world. We've got to be such a fat and soft country, both of the body, mentally and spiritually. Lots of softie's out there and the "bad men" in far off places can smell it. Big time. Blood is in the water.
Happy idiot? I won't ignore political issues. I just stopped caring. Why bother watching idiots on capital hill focus more on making the other party look bad instead of actually trying to work together. When that happens my interest will be sparked. Until then, I'm just gonna sleep, got to class, and play games.
