Someone mentioned that it only works when you get the killing blow? So if you damage a mob but don't get the killing blow, it doesn't heal you? Or maybe, if you damage a mob and do the most damage to it, but don't get the killing blow, it will heal you?

 

I've never really noticed what it does specifically (have a couple of weapons that have this feature but don't really use them). If it's true about the killing blow thing, then it seems like "heal on hit" is more useful, even if it's only 1% of your total health

You do realize how your question sounded right?

 

Heal On Kill is literally 3 words, pretty simple words I might add, and the syntax/grammar is also perfect. So excuse me if I tease you a bit over such a weird question. Ever heard of drama queens?
