Just a few of my thoughts, I was hoping that things would improve with patch but they have just made things worse imo. Ill be taking a break from this game I think until this garbage is sorted out. Ill be playing ME3MP in the meantime.

Edit: I had ME3MP on console, would you say it's worth picking up on on pc? We should definitely play sometime if i do get it.

For those who don't know, OP is THE DA MP Reddit mod. A huge % of the big names and a large chunk of my friend list seems to be backing away from the game or at least reevaluating their commitment based on this latest fiasco.

yup, same here, and a majority of the people I know on the leaderboards have taken a break from the game or just quit all together.
I do think its possible this video could cut down a bit on some of the dev interaction. Of course the game getting fixed is paramount. The fact it was released how it was is bad enough...especially since they gave us the bs "we are delaying it to fix bugs and glitches" lmfao. The worst part is they don't even seem to care or be embarrassed.
I wonder if BioWare shouldn't just finish up on the DAMP content the have and drip feed it over the year ahead and move the bulk of the team to ME 4. Get that perfected straight out of the box.
I kinda think that this series as a whole is played out anyways. Churn out some MP and SP content so people don't feel burned and move on to Mass Effect and a new IP without baggage (preferably an action game since that's what they seem to want to make).
I feel like going back to ME3MP as well, because if anything - if any damn thing - I can find public games, and I can find pugs. Because there is no damn Region-lock Matchmaking. I don't get to be shunned while searching for games because of the region I live in.
Needless to say that is a better game, and knowing that the community it still active sounds pretty inviting to me.
DAMP has potential, but it is dying quickly. The community of active players which has always been small now is visibly shrinking.

Yeah...it took OP a while to join the "dark side" too. Not that it was required to show how bad they messed up, but it is worth noting.

Well what bothers me, that DAI MP have so much POTENTIAL to be ABSOLUTELY addicting, fun and EPIC.
The video was fun and true but...it kinda discourages BW employes to even react to us, wich is sad.
Well...i sometimes wonder if they even try to test the stuff they patched...
My main problem isnt bug, altrough it greatly hinders the game....the WIPE FEST of todays reavers was hiralious, i m thinking about making video just from all their dead at tuesday and i call it "bloody tuesday"----
My main problem with this game is that lack some epic goal at the end. Like you beat perilous several times, you have about 15/20 of must-to-have items in the game, toons of promotion...then what? Maybe some epic challenges (wich WONT be nerfed in future), wich would automaticly restrict the number of promotions bonus(to lets say 40-50 from each stat), to stay challenging..just an idea.
I think i will likely follow suit with the ME3 MP thing.

Yes! Get it. Its a really good game. The PC version is often on sale too for 5 bucks or less. Id definitely pick it up.
Yes, I need serious backup while I try to make my melee Fury work! And it has ***FREE*** dodges for characters! Well, not every character, but no need to spend an ability slot for those who have.
If people like amelia are just going to insult us every time she opens her mouth then id rather not have any feedback. Andy Kempling and other devs seem to know that telling your fans to find another hobby is just an idiotic thing to do.
Ive been an apologist for bioware for 3 months now and this latest patch was just the straw that broke the camels back. Bring back the me3mp team. They were actually competent.
In recent news, Microsoft bought Mojang (Minecraft studio) for $2.5 Billion USD. As part of the deal, Minecraft's creator Markus “Notch” Persson left the company.
Makes you wonder what happens when someone like EA buys a studio like Bioware. As part of the purchase agreement, several Bioware employees were probably let go and replaced with EA's own people. The ME3MP team may no longer exist, because the Bioware we know and love no longer exists. As part of the acquisition, Bioware now exists in name only.
Find a new favourite developer. In a few years the cycle will repeat itself.
