If we're talking strictly looks, Cullen, Alistair, or Solas.
If we're adding personality into the mix, I wouldn't touch any of them with a ten foot pole, and I'd probably call the guards on most of them. What makes a video game character a good LI does not make for a functional real life romance.
I would probably date Josephine a few times.
While she's not something I'm into in video games, she's my kind of girl in real life 
In game it's possible to let it go, but in reality I'd never get over Varric not being available, and I rather would remain forever single. (I've never asked for Varric as LI, just speculating how it would be since someone asked.) Because what a lovely and interesting personality!
Even if I never met Varric I doubt I could date other DA characters. I'd be limited to men, so Cassandra and Leliana wouldn't be my options, and I'm quite let's just say boring so romance with Iron Bull might not work out in long term. How I love skipping my own preferences in games. So handy.
In game my (warden's) biggest crush was Loghain, but he's hardly most sensible option... And can't imagine myself being suitable for Alistair or Fenris despite loving them as characters. Cullen maybe, but I'm kinda tall and he's not into qunari so don't know should I keep my hopes up. But you know, Sten can be sometimes understanding while being impossible to talk to regarding other subjects, which I would likely take as a challenge moreso than warden ever bothered. So if I never met Varric nor stupid sexy Loghain I might try flirting with Sten? 
Alistair would be the only one who I'd be comfortable enough to even talk to, considering how shy I am. Plus, he's just freaking perfect, ugh. Seriously, all these years I've told my friends I was never gonna find my type (went through 17 years without ever even having a crush) Then suddenly, I play DA: Origins and realize that I found the perfect guy for me!! I was like zfislksdfkldghj!! Then I proceeded to crawl into fetal position and die because he doesn't actually exist. LOL, thanks Bioware. 
I think Cullen's very handsome but I feel like I would be scared off by his directness and confidence (generally speaking). Plus, he's not my type personality wise. I mean, he's cool for my Inquisitor! But for me, nahhhhhh!
And honestly, I don't think we'd be compatible anyway. I'm really silly, and tend to not take anything seriously. I don't think he'd like that much lol.

Alistair a million percent! Yes yes yes!
Going by my personal relationship history and the kind of people I fall for naturally, it would be Solas. I really can't resist an intelligent and curious mind (as either a friend or lover). Add to that his restrained and almost distant manner coupled with some very real passion in private. Oh yeah, I'd be all over that like white on rice. Of course, going by previous relationships, we would be the best and worse thing for each other.
DA:O? Alistair for dang sure and crush on Sten all the way
DA2? Eh, I doubt anyone... maybe Fenris... but I doubt I'd feel competent enough to help him with his anger issues and I guess PTSD. Plus he drinks quite a lot, meh. Sebastian would be... amazing... and boring... but amazing
DA:I? No one, probably. I do like Blackwall and Solas but... I'm not sure. I mean I'm 23 and most male LIs are at least in their 30s. If I was a dude though I'd go for Josephine any day
Romanced Alistair in DA:O, and I would do so IRL for his humor (and cuteness). I'd go for Anders because he had the snarky humor thing going on (yes, I know that Anders-Justice has his issues, to put it mildly, but I'd stick with him). I'd pick Blackwall despite the drama - ultimately he ends up being a decent man, and he's low-key with a fairly good sense of humor (also a sexy voice and blue eyes, which I am a sucker for). If Dorian were interested in women, I'd certainly go for him - he's the perfect mixture of intelligence and snark (would certainly consider him an equal), and I rather like his voice.
You and I must be long lost twins, because I'd choose the exact same characters. Haha. Alistair is such a dork, and so am I sometimes. I can imagine we'd get along really well. If Anders were real, I'd be really into that snarky personality and fall hard, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to see that relationship through to its bitter conclusion. Blackwall is a good, solid man. He seems like he'd be very devoted and loyal. I'm sad that Dorian is gay, because again that snark and charm that turn me to mush. lol. I'd also add Cullen. In fact, it's probably a tie between Alistair and Cullen who I'd be able to romance in real life if they were real. Cullen is just as awkward as I am. The only problem is we'd both probably be too shy to make any moves. XD
I really like both Solas and Fenris, but I'm not sure I could romance either of them in real life. Fenris has too many anger issues. I have problems with anger myself so we'd probably end up killing each other. lol. Solas's intelligence and passion are very attractive, but he is also quite arrogant and not in a good way like Dorian. lol. I'd probably end up getting annoyed with him a lot in real life.

Alistair: Sweet, funny, down to earth, and ages well.

I am male, but I'd definitely flirt with Alistair and Sebastian. At the very least, I'd probably enjoy their reactions to it. Oh, and certainly I'd have a go with Isabela.
I love Cassandra's take-charge attitude, and Josephine's adorableness. And Dorian would make for some fun times! I don't typically go for the bulky guys, but Iron Bull's personality would be difficult to resist. And then there would be some soul-crushing attempts to convince Vivienne...

Probably Cullen. He has a strong character, is determined, straightforward, and sweet. I love Alistair, but I am just as dorky, and Thedas would probably implode at such a pairing

Alistair, Anders (well, prior to harboring Justice), Solas... basically all the ones I picked as my "official" romances in game. And they all end bittersweet or horribly, how lovely.
None, alas I tend to like my partners emotionally stable and lacking in dark horrific secrets. In DA that is...Josie? but I'm not into girls and nothing makes me want to date her.
