If I had to romance someone as myself, no roleplaying involved, it could be Varric if he were available. He seems to be the kind of guy who can be your best friend and this is a quality I'm looking for in a partner. I like his wittiness and the fact that he can be very protective of the people he cares about. I can see us sitting in front of an open fireplace and talking for hours. I like writing, too, so we had a common interest . But there is the danger that Varric would stay forever in the "friend zone" and it's much more likely that I would fall head over heels in love with Alistair. I love his sweetness, his sense of humour, that he doesn't take himself too seriously and that he can be tough if he has to.

 

I'm not sure about Cullen. He is a good looking, honest man but I'm not so much into soldier types. I wouldn't make an effort to get to know him and since he seems to be too shy to make the first move I just can't see it happen. Missed opportunity, I guess. LOL.

To imagine real-life-romancing a person that you meet while role-playing is a bit... confusing. I never had any imaginations about it because it is simply no part of my life. But since you're asking: Cassandra is - like another thread ( http://forum.bioware...s-me-to-no-end/) thematizes - a character who comes across incredibly real. Aggravating there is also the fact that she is indeed utterly adorable. So, if somebody ist to be mentioned it is surely and exclusive Cassandra. But sadly she hasn't have her coming-out yet. *disgusted noise* Meh. One can hope.

I don't think I'd get in a relationship with the majority of these broads in real life... the majority of them are bad for your health in one way or another.

 

But if they were normal... na I still wouldn't.

 

Morrigan maybe, depending on which Morrigan we're talking about.

 

Leliana would drive me nuts, so hell no. And I am not going to church, so yea mark that off.

 

Merrill I adore in game, but in real life, I couldn't be with someone so young in personality.

 

Isabella.. eww. Nuff said.

 

Josephine, she gets along with almost everyone. I think we'd be compatible. She's a nice girl, reminds me of someone I knew. Didn't go well though, so there's that... Marking her down as a maybe.

 

Cassandra's the one I can relate to the most. People see her one way, but in reality she's a romantic. Her faith's stronger than mine, and I'm more prone to questioning things, but she's rather tolerant of that. I think she and I would fit.

I'd have to say it'd be a close tie between Cullen and Alistair. I always seem to end up with men that deflect with humor irl, so that's def Ali. Ali also seems like he could easily be a total nerd, and Cullen has the nerd laugh. I'm also very attracted to the passionate, stoic, bamf types. Straight-laced and all business/professional till boom! you end up on a desk.

I'm with you, Banshee. Lots of cool characters. No one jumps out to me as sure-fire wife material.

Morrigan is gorgeous mysterious, and witty, but she needs some work to bring her to the good side.
Leliana is beautiful and full of enthusiasm, but comes with a lot of baggage.
Anora is gorgeous, smart, and can backtalk a little, but a little bit stuck up.
Isabela is funny and is always up to do something fun, but TOO promiscuous.
Tallis is cool, but lies.
