There is a house in the Fallow Mire just a bit west of the "Light of Andraste" that is locked with some crates in front of the door. However, the door does light up with the "open" command visible, but when you try to open, it says it is locked. I've tried even with my rogues (have deft hands, fine tools perk) to no avail as well.
Is it just cosmetic? I have, to my knowledge, explored every square inch of the mire and performed all possible quests. But this darned house....

I did the very same thing except I didn't make a post about it...it was seeing this post, when you posted it, that gave me the clue I needed to open the stupid door.
