Here is the issue, i redeemed the cerberus network card on this website under the redeem code section. And when i get into game, it still askes me to redeem the code and i do so but it tells me the number has already been in use.
Has any one else had this same issue? I can't even log in to the cerberus network because of this nonsense.
Cerberus Network card already in use?? Wtf?

you should be able to log in with your ea username and password. It might be neccessary to disable ME2s Auto-Login (ingame-Menu-> Options-> Online).
You can not redeem the code twice. Once you have redeemed it, it is stored with one account and can not be used a second time. Please stop trying.

I have the same problem. EA support wasn't able to help and the last post from a Bioware official concerning this issue is one month old already and didn't help either.
edit: EA support just fixed the problem. If the DLC shows up as registered for X-Box on your social.bioware account then you have to explain to EA that you need the DLC activated for PC.

I have the same problem saying my Cerberus Network card is already in use. Also, I have no idea how to access my EA account or Bioware social account or whatever it is i need to access, in-game during ME2. Neither EA or Bioware is of any help.

I advice everyone to redeem the code in-game. I thought the same thing until I made my account... so maybe you have to log in in-game after you have redeem the code? :/
