Dorian, with honorable mentions for Cassandra and Cullen. The other romances just don't appeal to me either due to how the romance is written or the character that's involved in it.

Can I admit it tends to go with whichever one I'm playing at the moment? No? Dangit ...
Cullen's romance was perfection. Like everything I'd hoped for for that character ever since 'meeting him' for the first time way back in Origins. Watching him finally get the sweetly happy ending he's long deserved was truly amazing.
Solas' romance was deeply meaningful. Every time I think of it, those are the words that come to mind. Doesn't matter that it seems so brief a thing, or even that there's only some small moment at the end where you know she's thinking of him while standing there all alone on the balcony all by her lonesome. You're left knowing, KNOWING -- that he really loved her.
Dorian's romance was just plain dddaaawwww. He's so protective, so amusingly coy, and so utterly attractive. Every time he utters "amatus" I just want to reach through the computer screen and hug him. The way he shares his feelings in those little mutterings makes my heart ache.
Frankly, these three romances are absolutely tied, and I'll most likely go back and forth between them as I play the game even more. I've had the most fun with Dorian's, because he keeps catching me off guard ... those muttered comments, sigh. But the Solas romance will most likely prove my canon in the end.

Sera, it was absurd in a lovely way. For the parts where the clothes stayed on, mostly. Except the Qun remark, what a gigglefit...
In an ideal world, romancing Cassie with my fem-Adaar would be awesome. It seems to be a more multifaceted fairytale, plus Cass is adorable.
I feel like they were pretty good this time around, of those I've seen. I didn't do them all, but I've sneak-peeked some. I feel like Josie perhaps disappointed me a bit, not because of the voice actress (awesome) or Josie (awesome), but because it was just so incredibly fairytale, and I need more than that. ![]()

Blackwall! I love stories that force me to more fully examine my character's values, and his arc definitely did that. It was also great to have an actual argument with a love interest. It created a more complex interpersonal dynamic than the usual "I'll just hang on to your every word" thing that I experienced with other LIs.
I also liked Sera. She is very much her own person, and I appreciated that I couldn't persuade her to fully adopt my IQ's values.
Basically, give me friction and imperfection, and I'll be happy. The other romances made me feel more like an acolyte than an equal.

I realize this poll is by no means scientific, but I find it really amusing that the two romances that weren't going to be in the game have 55% of the vote combined. Also, that Solas (does anyone else remember people playing hot potato with the guy back in the old romance speculation threads?) is currently at the top.
Also, I voted for Solas. Cullen was lovely, but Solas was more interesting, as a romance and as a character.

Personally I've done only Cullen but I've seen all other romances video. Weird to say but I agree to Fialka's point: my favourite ones are Solas & Cullen, both the "extra" romance BW gave us when they have that 1 year extension.
Cassandra's & Dorian's really good too but somehow it intrigue me less than Cullen's & Solas'.

Well so far Solas and Cullen have a huge lead over the competition. Followed up by Dorian who's beating Cass by three votes. Then Sera at 8%, and Blackwall and Josie at 6% and poor Bull at 1% (I still love you Bull

I'll admit, I would be a bit disappointed if I didn't have the option of Cullen or Solas for my straight female romance. I probably would have made a male character to romance Dorian or Cassandra without. [Both of whom are also amazing.]
Which is not to say that there's anything wrong with Blackwall and Ironbull. I do like them, and I'm glad they are available. But something just doesn't quite click with me and them. I can't put my finger on what exactly it is. But whatever it is, it seems to be fairly common considering the overall response to Solas and Cullen.
Whoever made the call to add those two in is probably the smuggest person in the office right now.

Can't believe Solas is on top...The same guy that tells you your whole life has been a lie, removes your Valaslin and then BREAK UPS WITH YOU because *reasons*.You people are masochists.
Yeah, but my Inquisitor totally got down and dirty with an ancient elven god. Also the one that she'd been told was conniving and evil her whole life, to boot. Think about that. Saucy.
That's gotta count for something, right? :S
...I think my Warden is the only character in my canon world with a remotely functional love life...and even then...guddamn.
