Untrue. GTA V's torture scene is considered to be pretty controversial, and the victim is a man.

 

In any case, I think BioWare is better off never allowing us to torture people in the game, and really, it's not like the people who like this will ever be satisfied. You'd get some git who will post pictures of real tools and ask why we can't use this or that, or the torture is too sanitized or some crap like that.

Don;t want people to act like the Inquisition? Don't call the game Inquisition, simples.  Oh and don't make genocide not even worth mentioning.

The name doesn't matter, and doesn't really have anything to do with what I was saying. Besides, a fantasy-universe version of the Inquisition doesn't have to perform certain acts that any organization in real history performed.

I know it's evil and everybody likes her, but if I could've I would have killed Morrigan and Kieran. Just for the reason I don't really like Morrigan. Actually, my feelings for her are mixed but I certainly don't want her alive anymore. And can't have another bastard Theirin running around, plus they make for terrible kings...

Anyone from Awakening. Velanna mainly, based on the ending of it, she survives and still looking for her sister. It would have been nice to involve her somewhere being both Dalish and a Grey Warden.

Sebastian, Carver and Jowan above all. I love them. Aveline and Nathaniel would have been welcome as well.
I'm also a little disappointed Petrice didn't show up.

Sadly, I don't think we are going to encounter either of Hawke siblings outside codex entries or whatnot ever again. Considering how Hawke's looks aren't imported in any way, the two of them would require a character creator of their very own.
I for one never had a default Carver or Bethany in any of my playthroughs; in fact, I had their looks determine what preset and skin colour my Hawkes would use.

As for characters I'd like to see return only to face the murder knife, I'd just love to see Tallis and Ariane again.
