You need to have played the game while logged into your Origin account to be able to post there. You can see a listing of all such games in My Profile->Games

If you link your gamertag with your BSN profile, that should resolve the issue (assuming that you have ME 3 play time logged with that tag.)
If you're on Origin, there is an Origin account associated with your BSN member ID. It may not be the correct one, though. The current link may just be to the one automatically created as part of registering on BSN, and you'll need to take steps to link the correct one. I'm not on Origin, so I don't know the process to do this.
If you play ME 3 on a console, then you can link your gamertag by using the same e-mail address as the corresponding PSN ID or XBL ID. Here's another way that could help: If you go into "profile," and select "Edit my profle," the bottom three fields are links to character/game information for Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, and Mass Effect 3.
If you do a search for your own Gamertag on N7HQ, once you find it, you can copy/paste the url into the empty field mentioned above. This should add an icon to your profile which will directly link to the N7HQ tag. It should also activate your posting and topic permissions for the Mass Effect forums.
If changing your e-mail or linking the tag directly to your profile don't work, then you might need to contact someone from BioWare to help you merge the profile with your Origin ID, or some other step that I'm not familiar with.

If its a pc version of ME3 you'll have to ask EA to merge the accounts.

Also, it seems a new account needs to post a few 'approved' and moderated postings to establish credentials. Nice idea by Bioware, to try to keep down the level of spam head trolls. Take care ![]()
