As topic sad I need explain what weaken do to enemy! Is it lower enemy attack? Or defense? Resistance to magic? As example:
Bloodbath Reaver has a chance to weaken enemies! What exactly this weaken do to enemies? If it just lower their attack its useless for me, but if it lower their defence it's great. So who know?
Weaken enemies - explain please!?

Weakened enemies will be put to sleep if hit with a lightning attack. A lightning rune on your weapon will do the trick. It is FAR from useless. Also, the reaver has the passive that weakens enemies with critical attacks. Between those 2 passives, my Reaver leaves enemies weakened ~60% of the time, if they aren't out right killed.
