I didn't even realize Krem was voiced by her! That's cool, I was just thinking yesterday (after talking to Hawke) that it was sad she didn't do any other voices in Inquisition. I feel better now

I'd feel indifferent about him / her,  if Bioware didn't retcon the qun to send their political message. ( god it was so obvious... ) I hate it when they do that. I don't want that crap in my games.  The Qun was awesome, I hated it for what it was, but it felt so stranger to our western and modern moral, It was very interesting. Now Bioware retcon a few things to make it more acceptable for reasons out of story. Bleh.

Some people are fascinated with minor characters like Krem or Abelas,not precisely for what they are,but more about what they can be story-wise, if we encounter them again in the series.

It's the mainly the idea that they can offer an interesting perspective.Krem is a non mage Tevinter,who isn't a slave and personally I find that rather interesting.He could offer a refreshing POV,particularly on Tevinter,if the writers decided to elaborate on him.

Mhh, well said. I do find Abelas interesting while he only appeared for a few minutes on my screen lol. I'd like to see him again to be honest. I rather appreciated the POV of Krem about Tevinter. I guess I just didn't understand all the fuss around him, why some people seemed so obsessed, wanting him as LI. This isn't the first topic about Krem. Anyway subjective opinions and all, I know.

No mention, that I know of.  It will be interesting to see if they ever expand on it.  People have a really hard time separating gender identity and sexual orientation.  I'd love to see how some members of the BSN interpret his orientation.

 

I'd like to see a Charger specific DLC.  The group makes up an almost perfect party.  I'd love to see a DLC where either you (as the Inquisitor) lead the Chargers on a mission.  Or, maybe, like a "Leliana's Song" type where you play as them prior to being hired by the Inquisition.  It could work.

Well, and the fact that he's a capable warrior and second in command of a mercenary group.  And the fact that he's the "Hey, here's what a transperson in Thedas might experience" character.  To be honest, for a minor character, that's not bad.  I mean, there are just as many Scout Harding threads and she's not much more well developed than Krem.

 

That being said, I do agree that he's a little boring as a person.  His story is more interesting than his personality, in my opinion.

In all seriousness, I agree that he's kind of boring, but I can understand why other people like him, even if I'm fairly neutral about him, personally.  I'd actually much rather have had Mae in the game.  Now I'm afraid that if she shows up in a future game, there will be dozens of 'QQ' threads about another transperson from Tevinter, even though she was the original (and more interesting and more badass) one, in my opinion.  I guess that will be a thing to worry about in the future.  I'm sure we'll both live through that one too.

He wouldn't be for straight males.  If he's gay, then he'd be for gay guys.  If he's straight, he'd be for straight gals.  If he's bi, he'd be for those groups.  I don't think anyone would expect a straight guy to be attracted to someone who presents and identifies as male.

You never know with Bioware. ( DA ) Nowadays, I feel they are a bit deconnected from what could like a straight guy overall.
