While playing my mage in the hinterlands i notice sometimes i get a random buff icon that looks like a little green circle. I dont know what it is or what it does. At first I thought it was Rejuvenating Barrier but I can not replicate it and when solas cast his Rejuvenating Barrier on the party now I dont see it. Is there a list of all buffs out there or anyone have an idea what might be causeing it. I am using cass varric and solas and we are only level 5 right now. Thank you

Do you have the winter stillness (or whatever that mana regeneration while not moving) perk?

templar stronghold and i am full fire spec right now with 1 point in elemental barrage and solas has winters grasp and rest spirit

Are you on PC? Next time you see it just go to Tactical mode and then mouse over it, it will list the name, then you can just look up the name.
