i really wouldnt think weisshaupt would work, as the novel last flight kind of discredits that... as for his actual base... well i really think that tevinter was hiding him somewhere.... i mean there was erimond who was a magister, and the venatori are a tevinter cult... i wouldnt be surprised if he was hanging out in tevinter while letting his cronies do all his work... then when he found out we got the templars he went to redcliffe, or when we got the mages, he went to therinfall... after that im pretty sure he packed up and took off to the shrine of dumat... he did say only dumat's faithful may enter... and there are recordings of him there on calpernia's mission... and we know he was performing experiments on that dude in calpernia's mission... as for the samson side of things... well, im sure since he wasnt hiding anything like he did calpernia, he just let him in.... after that, i cant really say
