Well Im just curious about this characters.
Stroud: I guess that he is the default grey warden and he can die or disappear on Weisshaupt but the Inquisitor can have Loghain or Alistair instead and Stroud is not even mentioned.

Calpernia: She is the leader of the Venatori and while Samson is mentioned siding with the templars, Calpernia is not mentioned siding with the mages.

The Warden Commander: The Hero of Ferelden is mentioned and if still alive even writes a letter, but if the Hero die during the Blight, the Warden Commander who faced the Architect is not mentioned.

The Architect: With Corypheus around, would be useful to know that exist other dude like him (and I wonder if the Architect is able to survive through the Blight like Corypheus) but even if the Hero survived, became Warden Commander and forgiven the Architect, he is not mentioned (not even in the Hero's letter to "help" the Inquisition against Cory).

Comic characters: Regardless the former Arishok and Alistair's fate, Sten becomes the new Arishok, but the comics had other major characters too, a Grey Warden/King Alistair seem to lead to the comic's events which mean Maric, Aurelian and Yavana's deaths (still wondering if she had a way to come back) but a drunk/dead Alistair could mean that they still alive (at least Titus and Yavana) and with the Tevinter zealots and a lot of dragons doing a mess around Orlais and Ferelden, that should make them intervene.
