Interesting.  You are seeing differing rates, but even so, even at 25Mbps I don't see any speeds low enough to be a problem.

 

And yes, DA servers went offline last night.  It was around 9pm MST for me.  I was waiting for joiners, but no one was showing up.  I went back to the main menu to restart MP (somtimes it helps), and that's when DAI servers were down.  Half hour later I shut off the XB1 and watched tv.

 

Hope you get this all sorted out...

yup, confirmed they were down... interestingly I was in a match with a freind, and no one could join, but we could continue to play and start new matches.

yeah, I was waiting for a little while in lobby, but figured heck with it, I'd solo for as long as I could with my lvl9 archer on Threatening (died on 2nd level).  waited in lobby for a while, still no one joining.  That's when I figured I should go back to main menu and reconnect to MP > server down.  ah well.

It happens a ridiculous amount of the time.

 

u got it - "ridiculous" is the right word...i´m playing a lot of online games...but this problem is just .... ridiculous
