And you have made a good point about their being more in this game than the past.  More by a long-shot.  We had a lot of not-fully mature dragons in the other games, sure, but High Dragons were very few and far between.  I almost wonder what they'll be like come Dragon Age 4.  Maybe a return of Dragon Worship in Tevinter.  That's what the old gods were, yes?

And even if they did make dragons respawning DLC, it's not like it's bother as it'd be DLC. So all you'd have to do to not deal with there being more dragons(which isn't a bad thing) is not get the dlc

Alternatively, Bioware could spend time on another DLC, that adds more story missions to the game instead.

 

Or they could simply just, in a patch, give you more dragon bones and such each time you kill a dragon. Just up the number, really.

Well that just means there aren't enough dragon in the world (yet) for that to be possible.
