I don't even care about the hair not being dynamic, I just wish it didn't have the modeling/texturing of a game made in 2004, had hairstyles that made sense and looked good, and had as many choices as previous games (and no, 20 shaved/bald variants don't count)
I was really confused by the 34543 different shaved heads. At first I thought the display b0rked and I wasn't seeing the whole thing.
Stuff like that makes me sad, because it's clearly someone in charge at some level saying "See? We have 34543 different hairstyles! Anyone who says we don't have variety didn't look at the numbers!" This level of BYOB is the source of most friction with EA, and it has nothing to do with beer.
Side note: after upgrading, like an idiot, to the Deluxe version, I of course discovered that the Light, Medium, and Heavy Armors of the Dragon were all the same damn thing. Same fake content; pretending there's more than there is.
EA already cured me of pre-orders; now they've successfully cured me of Deluxe editions as well. I think the most positive thing about EA management is the excellent job they're doing of educating consumers.
