Hey Guys
Really loving the multiplayer component of DAI. I really hope that Bioware continue to support it with lots of DLC content to expand the options and give more 'end game' encounters etc. Anyway, I started to think about what I would love to see in the future - perhaps wishful thinking, but thought I would share. Perhaps we could get a thread going here with what others would like to see too.
First and foremost I am not a lore junkie so excuse any missteps here. But here are my ideas:
New dungeons - each also introducing a new faction that can be encountered in each dungeon set
* The Deep Roads (or Dwarven Thaig?) - could use Valammar dungeon graphics.
* Smuggler's Grotto - use caves and walkways from Forbidden Oasis
* Desecrated Tomb - use any of the tomb graphics from the main game, maybe with some open marsh areas like the Fallow Mire.
Factions
* Dark spawn - ghouls, hurlocks etc - maybe even a low chance of a high dragon encounter as the end boss (*)
* Red lyrium smugglers - dwarf and human bruisers, archers, mages etc.
* Undead - archers, warriors, revenants, spirits.
(*) would need signifcant resistance to spirit damage to stop arcane warriors soloing...
New heroes:
Ranger - dwarf, introduces crossbows (Varric style) - uses tempest and archery trees
Warden - human male, combines sword and shield with a tree of auras and buffs, bonuses vs. dark spawn
Celestial - female human, probably geared up like chantry npcs, has powerful healing (resurgance) maybe combining knight enchanter and spirit trees
Dunno. Just throwing out ideas.
