There's plenty good in humanity, but we now have the internet to point out every little stupid or bad thing that we do while glossing over the good stuff a lot of the times.

That and having no faith in humanity is the cool thing to do these days, apparently.

For myself, it was watching a 4 yr old refugee from Hurricane Katrina donate her toys to other children that lost their belongings. Or seeing a soldier home on leave getting supplies to distribute to those hurting on the coast, even if his own family had lost a couple of their homes and were piled in together temporarily.

It does not happen often enough, but does give me a ray of hope.
