Hey,
Some people are currently experiencing a problem connecting to the Cerberus Network where the game sits at a "Please Wait" screen.
We are investigating the issue and are testing a potential fix but we have no ETA at this point.
In the meantime, to play the Mass Effect 2 you can restart the game and skip the login to the Cerberus Network.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this thread as we have more information.
