How exactly is Strength of Spirits Buffed?

Anyone know the exact details on how Strength of Spirits got buffed? Please explain.

Through the power of maths:

 

This fix is entirely for the Arcane Warrior and how Strength of Spirits works with the Fade Shield passive.  This now fixes a few mathematical issues.

Fade Shield should work as described now. ;)
