Have not heard anything yet. Chances are it will be out shortly, but since BW did not post about the last patch for XB1, we'll have to rely on the community to advise when it's out.

 

Also, knowing how the PC patch went, perhaps they'll take a little more time to polish the various console patches.  *one can hope!*

Yeah I was expecting it a couple days ago thought patch 2 released the same time on all platforms but I am probably mistaken.

Seeing how RNG hasn't blessed me with HoK rings, for my reaver's sake, I'm hoping it won't come out for a while on xbone. With the key glitch still active, there is nothing that I actually want out of the patch.

I figure I'll run my reaver up to 20 and dragon rage it up until I'm forced to download the patch. Thr patch itself seems pretty worthless to me as well.

I'd expect another patch to our PC test-rats, maybe even one or two more, and then the actual fixes get bundled up to the MS/Sony submission process; which typically takes a week if it passes first time.

Sounds good to me as long as it results in a substantial patch.

Anyone know if this is the "large robust patch" that was mentioned after they returned from holiday?

How do the patches usually get distributed to Xbox one? Is it automatic? I recently switched from PC and am also waiting for this patch. Also is there anywhere that we can see an eta for patches?

That's the thing.  With patch 2, they did annouce the PC patch, but gave no indication of console patch ETA.  We found out it was released simply because some players received the patch (XB1 anyway) a few days later and posted about it on the forums.  There was no official announcement from BW to my knowledge.  I suspect it will be the same with patch 3.  However, I do hope I'm wrong about that.

No big deal surely, when the patch is out it'll automatically patch,

either Tuesday-ish or the following Tuesday.

 

As for the Reaver, both abilities still work, you just can't use one as a magic healer for the other.

 

Just means I'll key Rampage first on a mob before hitting bosses with Dragon-Rage when I've got full health...

Or have I understood that wrong?

Patch cost money to put out on consoles, so since it's a bad patch they might skip it on consoles.

This game has the worst moderators and developers when it comes to communication. You would have a better chance of finding out by putting dates on a dart board and grab three darts.

Assuming i don't catch one of the random death arrows, or POTA bugs out, or rampage fails, or the key doesn't drop, or......

for those of us with actual skill at reaver, this patch isn't a big deal.

DON'T SAY YOU DID IT FOR BALANCE ISSUES...then leave AW un-nerfed. Or buffed on Strength of Spirits.

 

That's what is the problem with reaver patch. For people who can't adjust their gameplay, even on perilous, I can't help them. However, with all the other bugs and glitches, this change to Reaver does make it a much, much more difficult class to complete perilous with.

 

but hey, at least its not Katari level balanced, k?

nothing like testing the censor for illogical censoring, then getting warned for ableist remarks. Which i hope you dont.

 

The best part is I learned the term ableist/ableism from another forum where the percentage of SJWs was so high, they had to keep topping each other to keep the justice flowing.

 

 

I'd really prefer this forum obeyed South Park rules. But obviously that is too much to ask.

I've had posts removed by mods from time to time but never received any warning points for it.  Beats me why, I've never contributed anything of worth here.

 

I'm gonna dictionary.com that term so I can learn it now too.  SJW I will probably just Google it.
