So I guess Leliana with conscripted mages is the best ending for most.

That she was elected becase of your choices that could have nothing to do with her views means nothing and don't make her ending anymore realistic her ending fits to my little pony not dark fantasy game.

Then how does conscripting the mages or saving Celene make Vivienne more likely?

Still doesn't sound like a very happy existence for the two of them. And with the potential to end horribly.

I'll take my non-Divine Leliana any day for this, tbh.

Well Leliana did just disband the Circles and allow non-humans to become priests, I doubt openly being with the Warden is going to make things worse.

You know what ?

Now I am ****ing pissed

So it's 100% ok to provide word of god publicly and directly and very explicitly to the fans about Leliana's status with the warden if she becomes divine because, hey, in THEORY even according to other endings she SHOULD abandon him to follow her vows......but god freaking forbid that was done for Shepard and the breath scene.

Sighs....I need a shot....and I don't even drink

AAAAaaah, so this was never actually said in game?

That i pick celene , briala or gaspard doesn't mean i support her views in any way lol.Mages/templar decision at least have some sense other don't at all

I fact i see chantry as bunch of incompetent fools but i don't see leliana any better choice and that i don't like chantry doesn't mean i support leliana and her views.

Or ally with the Mages and say things like "I want the Circle back" and straight up saying "I will support Cassandra/Vivienne."

Could also be that they used your status to sway the masses to their linking, like when Vivenne tricks you into cementing her bid for Divine, whether you support her or not. You just didn't play The Game well.

And what if the Warden is a mage? Or an elf?

Tongues will wag about what the real motivation for her reforms are in that case.

Na, Marysueliana will just make people not notice or not care with the power of her adolescent personality, and killer thighs.

For those who don't understand, here's the ending in question:

http://youtu.be/fdaT9hu0Vr0?t=11m26s

In short, the ending says that after Leliana disbands the Circles, the conscripted mages decide to remain under the Inquisition's watch and form a new group called the Bright Hand which shows Thedas the very best the mages have to offer.

This ending appeals should appeal to both pro-mages and pro-templars. Pro-mages get the abolition of circles and the acceptance of mages while pro-templars get mages who are under Inquisition supervision so they don't have to worry about abominations or blood magic. This is also better than Cass' ending since unlike her ending, Leliana's version has no shadow war which implies that all mages from loyalists to liberatarians accept this and have peace.

Thoughts?

Sorry superdarkone2, as a pro-Templar, I dont like this ending.
First: since you need to side with the Mages its means the Templar Order was transformed into monster and are being led by some moron who think its good for them, with Leliana as Divine its mean she will not restore the Templars and are left to be forgotten. I would never do that, I like the Order, I like how they are viwed as heros, the champions of the just, defenders of the common people, but Im not blind to their misdeed, corruption and abuses, I think they should be more accountable if they abuse their powers or mistreat mages.

Second: with Leliana, its means the Circle of Magi are gone too and I dont think they should be gone, I think they should give more freedoms to the mages, but not completely freedom, they still a menance, they should be watched, but should be treated better.

Vivienne gives me the outcome that I want, she restore the Order and the Circles, gives mages more freedom and make the templars more accountable. If she is the Divine, its means the Templars that follows her and the peoples who want to join the Order, will be the people of the original mentality of the Order, "Protect mundanes and mages from the dangers of the magic", because if they hate mages, why follow a mage Divine?
And I like to conscript the Templars, I like that the majority of the Order that I liked, decided to stay with me in the end.

Leliana either convinces her critics to see things her way or executes them. Not a problem either way.

Leliana is so mary sue now that she bends reality to her will so i don't think it would be problem not after ridiculous things she did.

Any of the Divines pull off their reforms with little problem, I don't see why Leliana gets heat.

People don't like Cassandra's reforms, so she has talks with them, just like soft!Leliana

People don't like Vivienne's refroms, so she has them all killed, just like hardened!Leliana

Psycho ****** that bends reality to her will not mention pretty much her portrait in this game.

who is more of a mary sue? Lelliana or Liara?

I would say leliana cus liara never bend reality to her will like leliana did in her epilogue.

That is merely perspective. And each of their own. I for one think the Templars are utterly without redemption and better off dead. Besides, the circle is not gone, it still exists, it just goes by an different name. And mages have it better there were there are no templars to push them around.

The problem with Vivienne is that if you support her, you do it with the belief that she is going to return things back to how they were with no reforms. Thus, you should be surprised that she gives reforms. you also forget about the ending where the templars refuse to serve a mage and rebel to form their own independent group.

Apparently it happens if Vivienne is divine, cullen doesn't take lyrium, you ally with the templars, and you don't rebuild the seekers

yes....well. Liara in 3 years goes from archeologist nerd to the big asari sister in 3 years....but then again it kinda makes sense given the fact you help her become that.
