Okay, you'll need to collect as many halla statues as possible. And only use them in certain locations. 

 

There are finite statues and you can't use them more than once, so you can't open all the doors. 

 

For Briala, there's that bit on the balcony while investigating Morrigan's lab and library. You'll find evidence of her killing diplomats and hiding evidence. There is also that elven servant at the end of the mission who'll testify that Briala tried to have her killed. No halla statues required with her.

 

For Gaspard, you need to go to the trophy room after investigating the servants quarters and you will discover his orders to sneak soldiers into the palace to arrange a coup and strike directly at Celene. There is also the mercenary captain who'll testify a room away from that elven servant at the end of the mission as well, no halla statues required for him.

 

For Celene, there is only one possibility. You'll need like four or five halla statues to enter the room before you meet the elven servant getting attacked. Go inside where you hear a voice saying "hello" and you'll find one of Gaspard's generals tied up on her bed completely naked. He says that he gave Celene all intelligence on Gaspard's troop movements and turned his ambush into a trap of her own and she had outplayed Gaspard thanks to him. You can save him and have him testify to how he was treated as a way to blackmail Celene, or leave him to.....whatever Celene planned on doing to him.
