So I picked up my copy today at Gamestop, my 360 automatically logged me into my Gamertag, and I entered all the cerberus card info. Everything went well, I got to DL the Normandy Crash info, and I got my Blood Dragon Armor from Dragon Age. Then I proceded to EA's Terminus armor redemption walkthrough. This is where it looks like I am SOL.
Basically, I made a new account with my primary e-mail address. Turns out my Gamertag was on an account I must have made on my old computer when I used an old e-mail address. So I redeemed my code, tried to figure out how to link my Gamertag to the account and my gamertag was linked to another account.
I am not expecting this to be rectified, I made a mistake and it is unfortunate that I wasted my time pre-ordering it at Gamestop for the armor. I just hope that Bioware and EA learn from this that their instructions were not at all clear, and that customers who do not use their social/forum sites often may be confused about logging into their "EA" accounts. Maybe I will be able to merge accounts, or something like that, but it looks like I am SOL.

Reports on this forum say EA support will correct it. Just contact them tomorrow.

same problem here i dont know why they made you go through the PC to unlock it for 360 it should have just been ingame like the cerberus network but obviously bioware and ea wernt thinking about what could happen with that so yeah no awesoome Blackstorm projector for me
