Seriously, it was a little over the top, but the blood splatter is a staple of dragon age, and I miss having a conversation looking like I just slaughtered 100 men.
DAI is way too sanitary and PC. There's very little tragedy, very little horror, very little blood.
Bring on the blood splatter. And yes I know there's some on our armor, totally not the same!
Make it happen Bioware!
You know what... I miss blood splatter. We need a new gore level - None, Check, and Dragon Age.

Agreed.
Apparently playing a lightning mage gives you some gore-gasms...
However, I prefer warrior class and don't like switching party-members.

while I'll agree it was a staple, it was a staple I don't altogether miss
sometimes it was absolutely ludicrous in Origins

Yeah, those body parts flying around in DA2 were sort of wicked fun. Not that I love violence, or anything.
It was somewhat more to the realistic side when a 2h sword cuts people in half.
Not like it's now... You have to swing heavy crafted 2h silverite axe to kill a bear.

It should be an option, nothing else said "dragon age" like a conversation where all your teammates were just dripping in blood after a fight.
Bioware seems to be sanitizing the crap out of dragon age right now...
