Linked my Account, HIlarity Ensued - Not fixed

 I had a chat with a representative named Henry. This is what happened:

Please be informed that I have searched your Gamertag and found that it is linked to a different account i.e. "Account 1 Email". So If you like I can transfer your Gamertag from "Account 1 Email" to "Account 2 Email".
Please be informed that I have Transferred your Persona to your account Account 2 Email.



However, the problem is that I lost all of the content that was downloaded with the first one such as Cerberus, the normandy crash site, and the blood dragon armor. While I do have access to the normandy crash site and the blood armor in game, in the menu/dlc area they dont exist.  I cannot access the cerberus account now and if i try and reput the code in, it says the code is taken.

I want my persona of Account 2, I just want all of the content that was on the last persona to be transfered as well.

Also, It says I have downloaded the terminus armor, but the locker and personal log have no record of it. It doesnt show up. 


I was disconnected from a chat 7 times. My phone is still running on the hold they put me on. Current hold time 2 hours and 48 minutes. 

So they linked my account, yet somehow failed. I dont know whats going on and I would really like it fixed. i dont even want the armor anymore, I just want the cerberus network to work so I can get Zaeed tomorrow.

I hear ya. Counting my disconnects I've been on hold for nearly 4hrs now. The live chat is useless. I just want what I paid for. Is that so wrong?

Yeah I think the chat is just completely broken. I find it odd that every time I try it, my wait starts out at exactly 30 min. 22 sec. and then gets cancelled once the timer is up.

Could I get an answer from someone? Everything I have read says to link your account. I did that. Now i lost the most important item - the cerebus network - instead of some armor. Please, mods or anyone that has so info, what do I do? other than wait on a call or chat that has not worked.

I'm in the same boat. I wish I'd read the forums before I entered the Cerberus Network code and checked which account I should be using.

You need to tell them to also reset your Cerberus code (I think).

but how do you get ahold of them? chat and phones are rither borken or really bogged down becuase they couldnt make things simple. hell if they jsut let you put codes on the 360 this would ahve saved alot of time

This is literally impossible. 99% I cant get the help i need. the one time i do get it, they dont actually fix it, in fact they made it worse. I dont think the chat actually works either. I have be on hold for a total of 3 hours and 23 min.

Well, don't count me as too lucky. I got through, but the person didn't actually listen to my problem until I explained it three times. Now to see if Alistar actually fixes it...

oh yea i had to tell them 3 times to, but now of course i ahve no cerberus network so i cnat get my specail armor or gun any wyas

everytime the chat just cancels and restarts at 30 minutes and 22 seconds. this is such a disgrace, i knew ea would ruin bioware, this is turning me off this game so much. i live in edmonton i should go protest outside of the building...probably all home from work by now
