This topic has been touched before and I still don't know what to do.
Here's the story a few months back I finished DA2 for the first time. So proud of myself cause I've been meaning to finished it for a while now , the stupid part is just when I entered Act 3 in DA2 , Inquisition just came out (and I had it pre-ordered too) I thought I would have been able to finish DA2 before it came. While I was playing DA2 , Inquisition was just taunting me at the corner of my eye "hey you wanna play me? go ahead come on~"
I did the single most stupidest choice I could have done. I turned my Nightmare playthrough into a Casual playthrough , I skipped all diologue , I skipped side missions (found out Varric's last quest is importent to Red Lyrium >.>) and worst of all I skipped all DLC's (that I bought...) just so I can play Inquisition that day.
Made it to Skyhold and then the little annoying voice that told me to rush DA2 then said
"maaaaybe you should go back to DA2"
what why?!
"well I know you had no idea who that Corypheus guy was , and I know that you know Varric's side mission explains Red lyrium, I just think you should go back. "
-_-''
So I stopped my Inquisition playthrough to try to go to DA2 then real life things happened... and now it's been too long that I can't even go back to Inquisition >.> I forgot the main story and lost all connections to my character.
So I have 2 things to restart DA2 is I so wish to replay that game again , and Inquisition just to get back where I left off.
Replay DA2 or move onto Inquisition

I think you should play DA2 first, not skipping DLCs and dialogues this time, cause all these things are really important and interesting. And then you can update your Keep with choices you made in DA2 and play Inquisition with a custom world state
