I'm having trouble redeeming my code from the Dr. pepper/EA promotion. when i get to the "choose a game" menu, all that is there is Spore, Battlefield Heroes, and The Sims 3. there is no Mass Effect 2 option.

According to the Dr Pepper site, the codes for Mass Effect 2 are only on Dr Pepper cups at 7/11 Variety stores. (The 20oz and Big Gulp Sizes)

They didn't put the Mass Effect 2 items yet up to be downloaded/redeemed. The only way people have them now is because of the Microsoft screw up the other day. So if you missed out, your just gonna have to wait until they get around to it. I missed out myself, and can't wait until they are up. It's the only DLC I am missing outside of the DDE rifle.



The codes are on any Dr. Pepper that has the EA logo on the label (20oz from what I seen), not just 7-11 only. I found them at Wal-mart, gas stations, as well as a few cafeterias.

So, from what I'm understanding. The Mass Effect 2 option will go up onto the Dr. Pepper site on the 28th. The codes are in fact on their 20oz. bottles marked with the EA logo and also the 7-Eleven big gulps.

I hope its the 28th, I haven't seen a date (wishing they released it on the 26th), but you are correct on the bottles, they have an EA logo/characters on the bottles.

i just tried to redeem a dr pepper code for ME2 dlc, but it doesn't give me an option for 360, just for pc. is the 360 option working for anyone else?

At least you guys can find the bottles with the codes.

I am only finding normal Dr. Pepper bottles around here.

I selected a prize, but when it says "to finalize your redemption click here" it just sends me back to "my promotions" at this site, but doesn't show the item (Recon hood) available for download?

Did you happen to see where it said "More Info" beside it.  Try clicking that.

I don't think you get it. It's not even showing up on my "Promotions" page AT ALL. There's no "more info" to click. It's not making it to my Bioware account from Dr.Pepper/EA for some reason. I'm apparently not the only person having this problem, either.

this kinda sucks, as this is pretty much american only =/...why cant EA atleast give these type of promo codes for DLC to european market?
