Has to be said, it's a straight-forward challenge, but I've quite enjoyed the weekend event...

when Xbox One crosses the finishing finishing line (230,000 and counting).

I'm quite looking forward to complaining about the victory chest as well, on Monday.

Xbox one is filled with a bunch a Arcane Warrior dumb ass speed runners who all ignore chests and leave the weaklings of the group to try and deal with revenants and arcane horrors.......wait.....I am an xbox oner.

I guess I better fire up the xbox, get off this pc and carry my console platform to glorius chest victory.

There seemed to be a higher item drop rate in chests during this challenge, was this just a fluke or have other players expereinced this as well?

I noticed better item drops as well. I had two Purples or uniques drop from chests on threatening difficulty, something I had never seen before.

Without the asterisks. Usually right-clicking on the image and selecting "copy image url" will do the trick.

I dont know why people expect anything of these. They are just the same as a 1200 chests, which you get in a bit more than one threatening run. I wouldnt care much about it. The prestige points is the only thing I care about as it is basically free points.

Ok, I use a Kindle Fire HD. It has a camera, can I take a picture and just upload it from my Kindle? Sorry I'm forum/tech illiterate.

Not directly to this site, no.

You have to set yourself up with an account at flickr, tinypic, imgr, or one of those. Tinypic is easy to use, imgr allows animated gifs, but makes you wait through ads before it will upload, and flckr is... functional, but the hardest of the three to use.

If you're just doing it casually, go with tinypic, it's the easiest to use, by far.

You upload to tinypic, and then copy the image url from there, paste it into the image tags from my earlier post, and it ends up doing what it called "hotlinking" the photo, and it will appear to anyone reading your post.

Exactly, and there was fun seeing who was owning the challenge like a boss and getting some gold, not the Victory chest itself...

I don't have any of those accounts,

but some (maybe all?) cloud storage sites like Dropbox will have a 'public' folder as well.

I pop the image in there and I can then copy the 'public link'.

Job done.

Well, I did my part helping some PuGs get their chests unlocked for the community challenge.

So far, I've been rewarded with my first dagger above level 15, and an enhanced Armour Penetration ring (which I actually appreciate, since I only really have one other good ring.)

Speaking of which the community challenge doesn't increase your prestige.

Darn, when there's an important missive for you, sometimes they just don't seem to get through...  :P
