I think that the Victory Chest is awarded at the end of the event. I thought that's how it was in ME3MP, too, but I could be mis-remembering.

Yeah, that's how it worked. In fact, you had to wait for both commendation and victory packs for good chunk of the operations. It wasn't til pretty late where they finally awarded the commendation pack when you actually finished what you needed to do instead of waiting.

 

Also, I read somewhere around here (maybe even this thread?) that we prolly won't get the victory chests til monday.

I'm sorry but this made me laugh pretty hard.

 

I don't know who I feel worse for, frustrated devs or frustrated players. I can only imagine what they've got on their plates right now. As it stands, I love DAMP but I'm beginning to lose my interest pretty fast.

 

It really feels like 60%+ of my playtime is cancelled out due to bugs and CTDs. It's like I'm earning experience at a fraction of the rate. At the very least, I would welcome a change where we get to keep the experience we earn as we go. Ideally, I'd like to see the keys removed entirely.

 

 

Also, side-question: Does anyone know how random loot is generated? Is it levelled based on promotion or is it totally random?

While I understand the sentiment, that would probably just result in people just running straight through zones 1-4 without fighting anything.  And here I thought the guys opening doors between me opening a chest and looting it was annoying...

When ME3 did community challenges, the rewards where given after the weekend was over.  Not sure if this is the same, but that's my guess.

Commendation chest should be available as soon you've been in a team (or solo of course) that's looted 25 chests in the rooms.

Victory chest to be awarded sometime Monday (US Monday, not AUS/NZ Monday LOL)

Not yet, and I doubt we'll see them until Monday, truth be known. ME3MP community events didn't hand out awards until the time period for the event was over.

They have said that the Victory Chest follows the event, on Monday-ish.

So after 15 hrs:

 

XB1 at 83,000 (15h) - nicely on schedule to finish Sunday morning PST.

PS4 at 93,000 (13h) - even better, likely to finish Saturday evening PST.

PS3 at 20,000 (13h) - steaming along too, with also clear Saturday evening PST.

 

Does anyone have 360 progress?

 

As for PC... I'm speechless.

Probably Monday, and if it was hacked, you might be waiting longer

People should stop being butthurt, it's sad it bugged/got hacked but PC was going to finish it obviously, we were well on our way.

Can't stop laughing at the direction this thread took, even though I should be pissed of with the hacking (assuming it was); this was the first enjoyable Weekend Event and it was nice to see the race between the platforms. No doubt the next gen consoles would have won. Now i can't see the true progress on PC and there's no real point in continuing collecting.

From what I know from the early stats( I didn't follow later at night) the xbox one was third, PC second and PS4 was first ahead, I wish we could still see the progress, I'm curious to see if BioWare will post anything about this to tell us what happened.

Yeah it actually sucks for us PC gamers that we're out of the race through no fault of our own.
They might be able to figure it out though if they're still tracking data.

They know the approximate time the glitch occurred. It's still a no win situation though as many people would have moved on when the scoreboard ticked over.

I thought being community challenge, the numbers were cumulative for all players. More platform challenge then.
While its arguably good thing considering the PC situation, they could have at least joined both PS and Xbox platform numbers.

Xbox One barely got pass the 91k mark, I doubt we are going to get the box of disappointment this time.
