So, a few hours to weekend event time.

 

What do you reckon it will be this week?

UPDATE: open 25 chests as a party - community challenge to open 250,000 chests (per platform, less for last gen).

 

Loading the game right now, going to check this weekend event but from reading the objective I am not sure what it means... Do you have to loot 25 chests with the same group of people or is that cumulative through different parties?

So after 18 hrs:

1. PS3 at 25,000 (18h) - doing really well, looks like a Saturday afternoon PST finish.
2. PS4 at 93,000 (13h) - also doing well, likely to finish Saturday evening PST but not far behind PS3.
3. Xbox360 at 17,000 (18h) - very early Sunday morning PST looks likely.
4. XB1 at 92,000 (18h) - nicely on schedule to finish later on Sunday PST.
5. PC at 250,000 (6h) - awaiting a steward's enquiry (!)

If anyone looks like they might not get it, it's Xbox One, if the chest opening rate doesn't keep up.

Does anyone have the latest PS4 number?

People should stop being butthurt, it's sad it bugged/got hacked but PC was going to finish it obviously, we were well on our way.

Given the difference in the installed base, being this close to PS4 suggests dedication among the Xbox player base.

PS4 morning update as of 11:00am EST: 146,884/250,000

 

That's more than half of what's needed in just under 24 hours since the challenge started.

 

We got dis, folks. 

 

Also, I am proud of my PS3 brethren currently beating out their XBox 360 counterparts at the moment. Keep it up, comrades.

XB1 is just about on 127,000 (9,000 chests p/h), so just over half way.

PS 3 players have completed the challenge, bringing in 37,500 of 37,000 chest. We so damn good we broke the chest tracker.
