I've bought deluxe version, get a code for deluxe content, login into EA site, redeem that code, system accept it, and... nothing. Nothing. No bonus rings, items, locations.

WTF? What does this mean?

And yes, i have read "help" section, and click "Refrech" button. Nothing happens.

I too have this problem... I downloaded off of Impulse, redeemed, restarted, and no DLC. I even entered in the cmd for my Vista 64-bit the file location for the daupdatersvc.service or w/e and it just gives me a message saying it can't run the program and none of my things show up.

Now i found that i cannot buy BioWare points too. On a page where payment method must be selected i see only "There is no payment method for your country".



Marwelous! There was payment method when i buyed the game, but suddenely disappear when i wanted to get my bonuses, etc.

I had the same problem - there's a post somewhere here on the social site describing exactly what to check (probably the DA Updater Service is not running as it was in my case).

But the social site now says invalid topic... *grrr



Once I started the Updater service everything fell into place.



Hope the info is still around somwhere.

If your using Vista make sure your running your CLI prompt as Administrator

ony thing that worked for me is to manually launch the DLC updating service:



write "services.msc" in your windows icon in vista to launch the services interface, then look forn one named Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater and start it, then launch the game and voila.



but still got problems getting the collector edition items, cant figure out why

You can check was DLC is attached to your account here:

You need to ensure the updater service is running - there's another thread on this already:

If the service is running you should see/be able to download all your dlc.

service is runnig, and in the link u gave it shows the collector's edition contents as registered and available but they just dont download, and remain at 0% status, all other contents downloaded properly, but this one just dont want to come it seems

Which tab is it sitting on (available/in progress/etc). If you click on it, does it give you a button to download at the bottom/right of screen (under content description)?

is in the "in progress" tab , if i click on it it show the description of the item, but it just remain at 0% status, no button at all Also the required version says 1.0 in red, dont know if this counts for something

Why is this important? Are the DLC's restricted to some countries?

check ur firewall settings, it might be your firewall blocking DAO from downloading.

I've got the same thing for the stone golem one.  I got the in game items ok, but it's just stuck at 0% and red version 1.0.
