I am looking to start a little project that has a lot to do with an asian setting. I was wondering if there's an custom content out there that might help giving a persistent world a japanese/chinese feeling to it?

 

Looking for all form of custom content that might help with that idea. I am interested on armor, weapons, objects, general architecture, etc.

Yes, there's a bunch of relevant content on the Vault.

(Some of that is for NWN, but could perhaps be ported.) What they don't have are any Kara Tur monsters.

There's a few packs of Japanese placeables (by Kurodo i think), and BCK oriental for making buildings. There's at least one samurai type armor and a helmet or two. Even a few area prefabs based off BCK.

Nwn1 has some Kara-Tur specific monsters, such as the tengu (humanoid birds).
