When TtD says "You taunts an enemy into a frenzy", will that enemy be taunted during the whole time TtD is active? Like, will Cutting Words give a constant 20% damage bonus to during the whole time?

Yes, they stay taunted to you the full duration unless you get out of range and break it, and everything that entails. Cutting words is a handy addition, but it really just equals about 4 more seconds on TtD stacking.

Are you sure cutting words works with TOD? For example if you use war cry and check the enemy you will see he is "taunted", but using TOD won't make them "taunted". I am not very sure but I think cutting words doesn't work with TOD...
