I actually have two problems.

One my download of the blood dragon armor went haywire on the first try and obviously can't be repeated because it can only be activated with the code, so I can seem to get my Blood Dragon Armor in game.

Two, I have no idea how to open the Cerberus Network in game. All I get is the news feed of things I could get on the main menu, but no button offering me a connection to the network itself.

I managed to get the armor no problem, but it's the Cerberus Network in game i'm trying to access. Want to recruit Zeead or whatever his name is, but all I get is that news feed as well, and the only content download offers it has on the main menu are the Dragon Armor and Normandy's Crash site.

i have the same problem as tubularfont. i can access the news feed and thus am connected to the cerberus network but i cant access the downloadable content or the ea store, even on the game loader. can anyone help?

Try asking in one of the tech support forums. If its a PC version of the game, dont bother posting, read the Tech FAQ thats stickied at the top.
