clear the cache and try again. Or use a different browser.
If not you'll have to wait until monday for them to be back in office.

As long as you don't click on editable world states that are not exported to inquisition, the keep works as normal.
As a work around, simply drag a editable world state to the spot up top then use the left menu to get to the tapestry. Then to export click the globe in the top right corner to open the right menu to export.
The devs are aware of this problem and will let you know once the problem is solved.
