I want to prepare a Viking feast for 2. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm thinking a beef flank cooked by coals.

Hell if I know, I can hardly cook! Back when I was married, my husband used to do all the cooking and now when I live all alone I hardly cook since I'm only one person.
I think I get it now though... it took me a few minutes to get it... you are doing this whole "viking" thing to impress me aren't you? Yes I gotcha now but you gotta give up some time Bunzie boy, it's not gonna work, this viking is not gonna be your lady, na na, give up now, just give up...

All good vikings eat lots of lutefisk, so any feast should have plenty. Also lots of butter.
Actually not lots of butter... they don't eat that extremely fat food here, like too much butter.
But I will listen to that lutefisk all day long if you listen to it with me! LOL
